For any inquiries regarding order status, address changes, or other concerns, please contact us via email at support@deadnova.com.
Please note that we do not address these issues through direct messages on Instagram, Tiktok or any other social media platform we take your privacy very serious. We check our Instagram DMs weekly, while emails are responded to daily.
When emailing, kindly include your order number and the name associated with your purchase.
Emails are processed in the morning; any emails received after 1 PM PT will be addressed the following business day. We do not respond to emails on weekends or holidays.
All customers are responsible for reviewing our shop policies before completing their purchase.
Shipping Information
Currently, order processing and shipping take 5-10 business days from the date of purchase although it can be sooner.
We ship via USPS, and delivery typically takes 2-4 business days once your order is dispatched.
We use
USPS Ground Advantage for all orders unless you select to upgrade to USPS Priority which is delivered within 2 business days after is dispatched.
Please note that orders with Priority Shipping do not guarantee two-day delivery. They still follow the standard processing queue. If you require next-day shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order.
An automated tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
All orders come with insurance with USPS and includes up to $100 insurance with USPS Ground Advantage. To add extra insurance to your order, please select USPS Priority Mail. You can purchase insurance coverage for your mail pieces for up to $5,000 in indemnity to protect against loss or damage. Insurance fees are based on the item’s declared value. There are limitations for insuring some products and certain items. To purchase additional insurance contact us via email before your item is shipped, we will send you an invoice with the cost for your additional insurance.
Packaging Practices
Ninety percent of our packaging is reusable, and we also utilize boxes that have been shipped to us. We encourage reusing materials ♻️.
Your crystals will be carefully packaged using bubble mailers and crinkle paper to ensure protection during transit. We cleanse all crystals prior to shipping and recommend that you cleanse them again upon receiving them.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
At this time, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
All items are meticulously packaged and inspected before shipping. We are not responsible for broken or damaged items that occur during transit.
Unfortunately, any accidental damage due to shipping is beyond our control, and we are not liable.
You can file a damage claim with USPS using the insurance your package includes. To file a claim please use the following link.
USPS Ground Advantage domestic shipments must have an applicable USPS Tracking® barcode to qualify for included insurance.
All sales are final; we do not offer refunds. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of your purchase. Once an order is processed and a label is created we con no longer issue a cancelation. Allow 3-7 business days for your bank to process the cancellation and return funds to your account.
Incorrect or Missing Items
We strive for accuracy but acknowledge that mistakes can happen. If you receive incorrect items or notice that something is missing, please email us immediately.
Include a photo of your packing slip along with the items received, and let us know what is missing so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Damaged Items
We are not liable for lost or damaged items or packages once they have been delivered to USPS.
All Packages are shipped via USPS using USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise selected USPS Priority shipping. USPS Ground Advantage includes insurance for up to $100 you can also purchase a higher amount insurance by emailing us details or selecting USPS Priority.

Packages Returned to Us
Though rare, if your items are returned to us, it is typically due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. The buyer is responsible for verifying the shipping address. If the address is incorrect, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. Should you choose not to have your items reshipped, we will not refund the initial shipping costs.
