Shop Policies

Hello, thank you for your support. 

Any questions regarding order status, changes in address or any other concerns will be answered via email.

Any of the previously mentioned issues will not be addressed via DM on Instagram. We check our Instagram DMs once a week and emails are answered daily.

Please make sure to include your order number on your email and the name used to make your purchase.

Emails are answered in the morning and any email sent after 1PM PT will be answered the following business day. We do not answer emails on weekends or holidays.

All shoppers are responsible to read our shop policies prior to making a purchase.

SHIPPING

As of now processing and shipping takes up to 5-10 days from the day the order was made. 

We ship via USPS and takes typically from 2-4 business days for your order to be delivered once we drop it off.

Orders with Priority Shipping DO NOT get next day delivery. They still have to “wait in line” if you need an order shipped next day please email us prior to making your purchase. 

You will receive an automated tracking number to the email provided at check out.

If you want insurance on your order select USPS priority MAIL (this is highly recommend as it protects you if there’s a loss or damage of your items or package).

  

PACKAGING

90% of it packing is reusable, also take note that we also reuse boxes that were shipped to us. Reuse ♻️ We use bubble mailers along with crinkle paper to protect your crystals, all our crystals are packaged with care. We also cleanse ALL crystals prior to shipping. We highly recommend for you to cleanse them when you receive them. 

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS

At the moment we do not accept returns or refunds. 

All of our items are packaged carefully and inspected prior to shipping and we are not responsible for broken or damaged items.

Unfortunately any accidental damage due to shipping is out of our control and are not liable.

We do not offer refunds. All sales are final.

If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 48hours of your purchase. Allow 3-7 business days for your bank to process your cancellation and returns your funds into your account.

WRONG ITEMS OR MISSING ITEMS

We try our absolute best to not make mistakes but we are still in human form and make mistakes. If you receive the wrong items or missing an item EMAIL US right away. 


Please be sure to include a picture of your packing slip, along with the items you received. Let us know what you’re missing so we can ship it to you ASAP.

All kits include selenite and this is wrapped with either the smudge or the candles. Selenite is not in the star bag, please be sure to check the smudge before emailing us regarding a missing selenite wand or chip!

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS 

We highly recommend choosing Priority Mail as it will ensure your items up to $100. We are not liable for lost or damaged items or packages. Once your orders are delivered at USPS we have no control.

PACKAGES RETURNED TO US

 This doesn’t happen very often but if your items were returned to us is typically because the wrong address was imputed at check out. The buyer is responsible for checking the shipping address if the address is incorrect you will be responsible for the RE-shipping fee. If you no longer want your items to be re-shipped we will not refund your initial shipping costs.
