Blue Sage and Lavender Smudge Stick 3-4in

Named for the overflowing blue flowers of the fresh bush from the Southwest’s deserts, Blue Sage has a lighter, more soothing scent than white sage. Blue Sage, also known as “Grandmother Sage,” is a purifying herb perfect for cleansing rituals, healing, aiding meditation, and ridding negative energies. 

Like the Blue Sage, Lavender is absolute for its many uses and soothing properties. Combining lavender into the mix gives you a calming and refined atmosphere perfect for anyone having sleep troubles or even relieving oneself after a long and stressful day.

All of our smudge sticks are natural and come in various shapes and sizes. Due to their natural conditions, our sage sticks are 3-4 inches and vary in thickness. String colors may vary.
