Yerba Santa, which translates to Holy Herb, is a distinct Spanish herb that has been used for medicinal and spiritual practices for centuries by different indigenous tribes. Yerba Santa helps treat many respiratory problems such as asthma, bronchitis, laryngitis, coughs, allergies, eliminating mucus and phlegm from one’s body, and many more! It is also ideal for protecting oneself and setting boundaries.

Sizes and Shapes

All of our smudge sticks are natural and come in various shapes and sizes. Due to their natural conditions, our sage sticks are 3-4 inches and vary in thickness. String colors may vary.
